Notes with room for the long things
One document can hold text, a voice recording and attachments. Enough for the notes of a family decision, not only a one-line reminder.
A mind map of the same note
The mind map is another view of a note's headings and nodes, never a second copy. Change one side and you have changed the note itself.
Checklists you can divide up
Ordered lists, repeatable, with any line assignable to one member and a due time where it matters.
Reminders attached to the real thing
A reminder belongs to a checklist item, a bill, a goal or a dated memory. It is not a second to-do list to maintain.
Goals with something measuring them
Give it a name and an expected date, then connect the accounts or checklists that measure it. Progress is read from data you already keep.

Private by default
A new note is private until you decide otherwise — only its author can read it. Opening it to the household, or to named people, is a deliberate choice, one record at a time.
Help that proposes, never rewrites
A summary or suggestion from a model always arrives as a proposal you accept, edit or reject. Vault content is never sent to a model, and a private note is only sent when its author confirms it for that one request.
