Terms of use
Last updated September 22, 2026
By using Asaruma you agree to the terms below. We have kept them as short as we can.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and device confidential, including your Vault password and recovery code.
What you enter
Household content stays yours and your household's. We claim no ownership of it. We process it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Reasonable use
Do not use Asaruma to break the law, to reach another household's data without the right to, or to disrupt the service. We may rate-limit requests to protect the system and other people using it.
Plans and payment
Purchases and plan changes go through the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to their billing and refund terms. A plan caps how much new content can be added, and never deletes or locks content already entered. Export is available on every plan.
Not financial advice, not a financial institution
Asaruma is a record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, not a financial services institution, and not a provider or broker of credit, loans or financing of any kind, and it does not refer you to anyone who is. The figures and summaries shown come from the records you entered yourself and are not financial advice.
About SOS
SOS sends an alert to the people you designated. It is not an emergency response service and does not contact emergency services for you. Delivery depends on devices and networks outside our control.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here reduces your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and take your data with you. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
